Directional lunge w/ Jump Squat in a suitcase Squat

4 sets of 12

Shoulders, Arms, Glutes, Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Core

Single Arm KettleBell swing with side lunge

4 sets of 12 on each side

Arms, Core,Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Calves , Glutes

Single Arm Dumbell Step-Ups

4 sets of 12 reps each side

    This is great! I know a lot of people who strive for larger, more muscular calves.I’ll forward this to them. Fortunately, I naturally have big calves. Lol! But I could definitely still afford to work on them. It’s hard for me to get to the gym nowadays. This really helps. Keep these videos coming!
